Shipping

As our products are handcrafted and may be made to order, processing and delivery times are indicative only and may vary depending on production schedules, material availability, stock levels and destination.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Italy: 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • International: 5–10 business days after dispatch

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days when items are in stock. In the event of production delays or temporary unavailability, processing and delivery times may be extended. Customers will be informed of any significant delays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Tracking information is provided where available.

Returns

You may return items within 14 days of delivery, according to EU law.

Items must be unused and in original condition.
